I have special and extensive experience working with young adults and couples, effective communication skills, self-esteem, boundaries, addiction,co-dependency, anxiety, depression, attachment issues,shyness/social skills,anger management, entertainment industry, chronic illness, acculturation and spiritual difficulties.
I can offer face to face, telephone and/or Online therapy for the residents of California, or life Coaching for anyone who resides within or outside the state of California. I conduct services in English and Farsi. I offer a complimentary 15 minute phone session for us to collaboratively decide if we are a good fit.
